Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays.

3. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Please double-check your information before checkout.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Bloom & Bond Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as delivered.
Customers must file a claim with the carrier.

6. International Shipping (Optional – remove if not needed)

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
